Certain specialised, regulated, procurement-linked, workforce-related or third-party-linked services may require quotation, internal review, supporting documentation and written approval before payment instructions are issued.
2. Scope of Services
Alvanti Solution may provide services including corporate website development, website maintenance, digital business support, IT systems support, workflow improvement, business documentation, proposal preparation, advisory, consultation, corporate training, digital commerce support, product representation, market access, corporate supply, procurement-linked support, operational support and project coordination. The exact scope of service will depend on the approved quotation, invoice, proposal, written agreement or written confirmation issued by Alvanti Solution. Information displayed on this website is for general service information only. It does not automatically create a binding service agreement until Alvanti Solution accepts the project, confirms the scope and issues the relevant quotation, invoice, payment instruction or written approval.
3. Online Payment Scope
Online payment facilities on this website are available only for selected services, approved quotations, approved invoices, consultation bookings or fixed-scope service packages provided by Alvanti Solution. Not all services shown on this website are available for immediate online checkout. Alvanti Solution may issue payment links, invoice payment instructions or deposit requests only after the service scope, price, client details and payment purpose have been reviewed. For customised, specialised, regulated, procurement-linked, workforce-related or third-party-linked services, payment should only be made after Alvanti Solution has issued written payment instructions.
4. Services Requiring Review Before Payment
Certain services may require internal review before any payment is accepted. These may include oil and gas or industrial product matters, product representation, market access projects, corporate supply, procurement-linked services, government or tender-related support, workforce and operational support, domestic helper coordination, permit or visa-related coordination, third-party supplier projects, trainer projects, vendor projects, contractor-linked projects or any service involving external approval, third-party fulfilment or regulated documentation. For these services, Alvanti Solution may request additional information, supporting documents, written approvals or clarification before issuing any quotation, invoice or payment instruction.
5. No Third-Party Payment Collection
Alvanti Solution does not operate as a general payment collection agent for unrelated third-party merchants, suppliers, vendors, contractors, product owners or service providers. Payments accepted by Alvanti Solution must relate to services, project work, advisory, documentation, coordination, training, digital support, website development or other work directly provided, arranged, quoted or invoiced by Alvanti Solution. Where third-party suppliers, contractors, trainers, software providers, platforms or external service providers are involved, Alvanti Solution’s role, responsibility, deliverables and payment purpose must be clearly stated in the quotation, invoice, proposal or written agreement.
6. Quotations, Invoices and Payment Instructions
For customised or project-based services, Alvanti Solution may issue a quotation, invoice, proposal or payment instruction before work begins. A quotation or invoice may include client name, service description, scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment amount, deposit requirement, balance payment terms, exclusions, refund or cancellation terms, validity period and special conditions. Payment should only be made according to the amount, method and purpose stated in the approved quotation, invoice or payment instruction. Alvanti Solution reserves the right to reject, cancel or refund payments that are unclear, unauthorised, inconsistent with the approved scope or outside our accepted service categories.
7. Payment Acceptance
A payment made through this website, payment link, bank transfer, invoice link or any other payment method does not automatically mean that Alvanti Solution has accepted the project. A project is accepted only when Alvanti Solution confirms the project scope, payment status and required client information. If a payment is made before proper review or approval, Alvanti Solution may request clarification, request supporting documents, place the project on hold, reject the project, refund the payment where appropriate or issue a revised quotation or scope.
8. Corporate Website Development Terms
For corporate website development projects, the service scope may include website planning, page structure, design direction, content arrangement, copywriting support, responsive layout, basic SEO setup, contact form integration, WhatsApp link setup and launch support, depending on the approved package or quotation. Project timelines begin only after Alvanti Solution receives the required payment, business information, content, brand assets, access details, approvals and other required materials from the client. Client delays in providing information, content, access, feedback or approval may delay the project timeline. Such delays are not considered delays caused by Alvanti Solution.
9. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project delivery. This may include company information, business registration details, brand assets, logo files, product or service details, website content, images, media, login access, authorised approval and legal, regulatory or compliance information relevant to the project. The client confirms that they have the right to provide all materials, images, trademarks, business information, personal data and documents given to Alvanti Solution.
10. Delivery and Fulfilment
Service delivery may be completed through digital files, website staging links, live website links, documents, reports, consultation sessions, meeting summaries, training sessions, attendance records, handover emails, project updates or other agreed deliverables. For service-based work, delivery does not always involve physical shipping. A service may be considered delivered or fulfilled when Alvanti Solution has provided the agreed output, completed the agreed session, shared the required document, issued a staging link, provided a final URL, submitted a report, completed a handover or otherwise performed the agreed scope of work.
11. Revisions and Changes
Revisions are subject to the approved project scope. Minor revisions may be included if stated in the quotation, invoice, package or written agreement. Requests that change the original scope, add new pages, add new features, change project direction, require additional research, involve new deliverables or require additional third-party work may be treated as out-of-scope work. Alvanti Solution may issue a revised quotation or additional invoice for out-of-scope work.
12. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Alvanti Solution’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. In general, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service, project stage, work already performed, third-party costs incurred, administrative work completed and whether the payment was made under an approved quotation, invoice or written scope confirmation. Fees for consultation, advisory, documentation, planning, custom design, development work, completed training, completed meetings or delivered project work may be non-refundable once work has started or has been delivered.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If the client has any concern about payment, delivery, refund, cancellation or service scope, the client should contact Alvanti Solution first at [email protected] so the issue can be reviewed. Alvanti Solution may use quotations, invoices, email records, WhatsApp records, project files, staging links, handover documents, approval records, meeting notes, delivery evidence and other project records to respond to payment disputes, refund requests or chargeback claims.
14. No Guaranteed Outcome
Alvanti Solution provides professional services based on the agreed scope of work. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Alvanti Solution does not guarantee sales results, tender success, government approval, licence approval, certification approval, platform approval, financing approval, search engine ranking, social media reach, advertising performance, customer conversion, third-party decision outcomes, market acceptance or business profit.
15. Third-Party Services and External Platforms
Some projects may involve third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment providers, domain registrars, email providers, social media platforms, suppliers, trainers, contractors, consultants or external service providers. Alvanti Solution is not responsible for downtime, rejection, account suspension, policy changes, technical errors, price changes, approval delays or service limitations caused by third-party platforms or providers. Where third-party services are required, the client may be required to create their own account, pay third-party fees directly or approve third-party terms.
16. Restricted or Unsupported Requests
Alvanti Solution may refuse, cancel or discontinue any project, service request or payment where the request appears to involve illegal activity, fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, unauthorised third-party payment collection, prohibited or unsupported goods or services, misuse of payment facilities, false business information, unclear payment purpose, high-risk activity outside Alvanti Solution’s approved service scope or any activity that may breach applicable law, payment provider rules or platform policies.
17. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, content, designs, documents, website structures, project files or other deliverables created by Alvanti Solution remain the property of Alvanti Solution until full payment has been received. Upon full payment and project completion, the client may receive the agreed usage rights or ownership rights stated in the quotation, invoice or written agreement. Alvanti Solution may retain internal working files, templates, methods, frameworks, reusable structures, know-how and non-client-specific materials used to deliver the service.
18. Confidentiality
Alvanti Solution will take reasonable steps to keep client business information, project details, documents, login credentials and confidential materials secure. The client must also keep confidential any quotation, proposal, strategy, pricing, framework, document, draft or business method provided by Alvanti Solution unless it is intended for public use or disclosure has been approved. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, required by law or required to be disclosed for legitimate business, compliance or dispute handling purposes.
19. Personal Data
Personal data provided to Alvanti Solution will be handled according to our Privacy Policy / PDPA Notice. The client is responsible for ensuring that any personal data provided to Alvanti Solution, including staff details, customer details, director details, applicant details or participant details, is provided with proper authority and for a lawful purpose. Payment-related information may be processed by third-party payment providers, banks or financial service providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alvanti Solution will not be liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of reputation, third-party platform action, payment provider action, government decision, client delay, client error or external service provider failure. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Alvanti Solution’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
21. Suspension or Termination of Service
Alvanti Solution may suspend or terminate a project if payment is not made on time, client information is incomplete or misleading, client approval is delayed, the client requests work outside the agreed scope without approval, the project appears to involve illegal, unsupported or high-risk activity, the client behaves abusively or unreasonably or continuing the project may breach law, payment provider rules or third-party platform rules.
22. Website Information
Alvanti Solution aims to keep website information accurate and updated. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, timelines and package details may change from time to time. If there is any inconsistency between the website and an approved quotation, invoice or written agreement, the approved quotation, invoice or written agreement will take priority for that specific project.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms, the website, payment or service engagement shall first be handled through good faith discussion between the client and Alvanti Solution. If the matter cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be subject to the courts of Malaysia, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
